Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required to comply with financial regulations and protect our platform from fraud.

Required Documents

Identity Verification:

• Government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID)
• Must be valid and not expired
• All corners visible in the photo

Proof of Address:

• Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter
• Must be dated within the last 3 months
• Must show your full name and address

Verification Steps

2. 2. Upload your identity document (front and back if applicable)
3. 3. Upload your proof of address
4. 4. Complete the selfie verification
5. 5. Submit for review

Processing Time

Most verifications are completed within 24-48 hours. Complex cases may take up to 5 business days.
