Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security to your account with 2FA.

What is 2FA?

Two-factor authentication requires two forms of verification:

  1. 1. Something you know (password)
  2. 2. Something you have (phone/authenticator)

Setup Steps

  1. 1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. 2. Click Enable 2FA
  3. 3. Choose your method:

- Authenticator app (recommended)

- SMS verification

  1. 4. Scan QR code or enter key
  2. 5. Enter verification code
  3. 6. Save backup codes

Authenticator Apps

We recommend:

  • Google Authenticator
  • Authy
  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • 1Password

Backup Codes

Important: Save your backup codes securely. They allow access if you lose your phone.

Using 2FA

After enabling:

  1. 1. Enter your password
  2. 2. Enter the 6-digit code from your app
  3. 3. Code changes every 30 seconds

Lost Your Device?

Use a backup code, then:

  1. 1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. 2. Reset 2FA
  3. 3. Set up with new device
