By accessing or using the Zirdle platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of modified terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
"These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zirdle regarding your access to and use of the platform."
Eligibility

By using our platform, you represent and warrant that:

Account Registration

Two-Factor Authentication
Enabling and maintaining two-factor authentication for enhanced security.

Promptly notifying Zirdle of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.

Zirdle provides a financial data and research platform related to global credit markets. Our services include:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the six (6) month period preceding such claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the platform or contact us to request account deletion.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of American Arbitration Association in Wilmington, Delaware, United States.
You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, United States for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes to the extent permitted by law.
Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Platform must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.
